Vintage 1950s Chiffon Lace FULL CIRCLE Skirt Dancing Dress Beautiful two-piece ensemble that is perfect for dancing the night away!! White chiffon skirt is a layer of chiffon over the underlayer of white taffeta fabric. This skirt makes a complete circle. The beautiful lace blouse is a pale ballet pink color that is accented with hand sewn iridescent sequins that flicker and sparkle when the light is reflected on to them. The blouse is a open-work lace so a camisole or slip would need to be worn underneath this blouse. Label: Originals by Melendrez of Pearl's Creations. Circa late 1950s to early 1960s. Overall excellent vintage condition with the exception of a couple of very faint spots on the chiffon layer of the skirt. They are very faint and fall into the folds of the huge skirt. Also noticed two pinpoint spots on the back of waistband of the skirt near the zipper. This waistband would be covered by the blouse. Please remember that this is a vintage garment and it has not been dry cleaned or spot treated.
