Fabulous Vintage 50s Sapphire Blue Rhinestone & Moonstone Earrings Exquisite sapphire blue earrings that are surrounded by sky blue chanton cut rhinestones & beautiful pale blue moonstones. This estate piece dates to the 1950s. All stones are prong set and are in excellent condition. No stones are missing and all stones are nice and tight in their settings. Very bright and sparkly stones. Appears to be set in rhodium, and the earrings are done in a CLOSED back setting. Clip earrings. These unsigned beauties do not have a makers mark but are a very high quality piece. Possibly an unsigned Weiss piece?? Beautiful deep blue color in the center cut stone that is accented by the paler stones that surround it. You will not be disappointed in this pair - they are truly lovely!
