Vintage 1950s Fabulous Red & Black Lace Swing Dress What a fabulous lace dress this is! Full skirt that makes this a perfect swing dress. Beautiful black floral lace over red taffeta provides the color punch for this beauty. Fitted bodice with princess seams. Black satin piping around the neckline, arms and waistline. There is also a pretty matching satin piping bow accenting the center of the waistline. Underneath the red taffeta is a muslin crinoline. Please note that the dress was photographed with an extra crinoline underneath that is not included with the dress. Excellent vintage condition. Upon extremely close inspection, the only thing that was found is a small water spot on the red taffeta lining of the skirt. This cannot be seen as the black lace is over this lining. Stunning dress! No manufacturer/designer labels found on this dress.
