1950s Exquisite Red Illusion Lace Evening Dress Exquisite illusion lace dress that would be absolutely perfect for any special occasion. Perfect for a Holiday or New Years evening party! Beautiful floral red lace that is accented with hand applied sequins throughout the dress. Underneath the lace is a taffeta underlayrer in a nude color, there by providing the nude "illusion" look to the dress. Sexy and flattering plunging "v" neckline and sheer arms. The strapless nude underlayer bodice is boned front and back for support. Full, swingy skirt perfect for twirling the night away! Circa 1950s. Label: Modern Couture Original Excellent condition with one small surface spot found in the folds of the skirt. Also noticed a small break in the red lace underneath the right arm. Minor and hard to see. Can be simply left alone or tacked back with a couple of stitches.
