Vintage 1950s Pink Organdy Evening / Prom Dress What a soft, feminine confection of a dress! Yards and yards of soft pink organdy fabric make up the body of this beautiful gown. The tight, fitted strapless bodice is beautifully pleated across the top of the bodice and is accented with a small matching organdy fabric bow. The bodice is boned front and back for support. The full and elegant skirt makes a complete circle when laid out. It is huge. Beautifully accented with small matching organdy fabric bows near the hemline. Underneath the skirt is an attached tulle ruffle crinoline to provide fullness for the skirt. Truly a beauty! Label: Cotillion Formals. Excellent vintage condition with the only thing noticed being a tiny tear to the sheer organdy fabric underneath the left arm. Circa 1950s.
