Vintage 1950s Halter Swing Dress w/ Sailor Collar

Fabulous vintage 50s halter dress in a mocha color cotton fabric. Nice light weight cotton dress for those hot summer months. Wonderful large sailor type collar that is designed with labor intensive pin tucks. The bodice is fitted and has boned stays on each side of the bodice for added support. Darts and princess seaming on bodice for flattering fit. Two large mother-of-pearl buttons accent the bodice for a double breasted look; but the buttons do not open they are for show only. Gently pleated full skirt with one right side in-seam pocket. Matching fabric ORIGINAL belt with the dress. Just a great little dress that will work for many occasions. Easily dressed up or down! Label: Harco Original. Circa 1950s. Excellent vintage condition, very wearable. Only noticed one tiny faint spot in the folds of the skirt. Please see photo detail of this area.
