Wonderful Vintage Pheasant Feather Hat Lovely vintage hat that we believe is pheasant feathers. The feathers are held in place on the hat by a band of netting around the brim where the feathers are. The top of the hat is black velvet. The inside of the hat is stamped "body made in Italy" with the picture of a crown with "Corona" inside the crown. The sewn in label says "Mr Dave Original".
