Bombshell 1950s Louis Estevez Strapless Satin Evening Dresss This vintage 1950s Louis Estevez evening gown is oozing old style Hollywood glam. This dress is truly worthy of being on the red carpet on Oscar Night! Stunning peacock blue satin fabric on the skirt with an ice blue satin bodice. This dress in incredibly FABULOUS in person! I am sorry, but I don't think the photos do the dress justice. Even more stunning in person. Fitted bodice that is boned on the sides for support. Beautiful, as well as very flattering and slimming pleating effect on the bodice and skirt. Fantastic cross-over detailing at the waist. Truly an elegant and classic dress. The construction on this garment is amazing. The seaming and pleating is done in such a way as to enhance the figure! Be sure and notice the fabulous seaming detail on the back of the dress. Couture quality in details and styling. Sexy "mermaid" like small train at the back of the dress. Just slightly longer than the front of the dress. Note the center front hemline 12" split for your ease of movement. And to provide just a little sexy hint of the leg. It is a one of a kind vintage evening gown that will have all eyes on you! Label: Louis Estevez. Circa mid 1950s to late 1950s. Excellent vintage condition. This dress has just been freshly professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. The only thing that was noticed upon inspection is just the very slightest hint of some very faint underarm spotting. Very minor and hard to see. So faint, that it would not even show up in any photos.
