Vintage 1950s Blue Velvet "New Look" Party Dress Beautiful deep, dark blue velvet "new look" dress by Jerry Gilden Spectator. Fitted bodice with flattering princess seaming. Fantastic full skirt that is designed with 8 gores for fullness. Side in-seam pockets. A timeless dress design that is perfect for so many special occasions. Please note that a few of the photos were lightened to try to show the seaming and design elements of the dress, but in person it is a deep dark shade of blue.
